Albany - Stirling Ranges
3 days - motel accommodation

This is the perfect tour for a break. Drive though the Stirling Ranges, renowned for its beauty and the only place in Western Australia where it snows and its peaks are often covered in mists. The Ranges are home to over 1,500 species of flora, including 123 orchid species and 82 plant species which are found nowhere else on earth.

And then to Albany, the earliest settlement in Western Australia and home to the whaling industry until 1978. We will be visiting the old Whaling Station and several heritage sites as well as the infamous Gap and its natural stone bridge.

On our way back to Perth we travel though the wine district of Mt Barker.
